- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

- Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy, detailed during the booking process. Generally, cancellations made within a certain period may incur a fee or result in forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Safety and Conduct
- Participants in tours and activities must follow all instructions given by AquaGlimmer Fishing staff and guides for their safety and the safety of others.
- AquaGlimmer Fishing reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual from a tour if their behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of our policies or local laws.
- All participants are required to disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies prior to engaging in any activity.
